Won't my customers mind talking to a bot?

What annoys customers isn't a bot — it's silence. The assistant replies naturally, in the customer's own language, within seconds; when things get complex it quietly hands the conversation to you. If you prefer, we can make it openly introduce itself as an assistant — either way, satisfaction goes up, not down.

Is there a risk of my WhatsApp account being banned?

We set everything up in line with WhatsApp's rules: the assistant only replies to customers who message you first and never sends bulk or unsolicited messages. Account safety is critical for us too — we use no risky methods. For higher volumes we also offer the official WhatsApp Business API.

How long does setup take? Will it disrupt my business?

About a week on average. Your current number keeps working normally throughout — your customers notice no interruption. We're with you on launch day as well.

I'm not tech-savvy. Can I use this?

The only app you need is WhatsApp, which you already use. Setup, maintenance and updates are all on us; you just deal with the customers the assistant brings in. A monthly summary report arrives as a message on your phone.

What if the assistant gives wrong information?

The assistant only speaks from information you've approved: your prices, hours and services. When it's unsure, it doesn't make things up — it says you'll follow up shortly and brings you in. In the first weeks we also review conversations together and fine-tune.
